Kuretake Sumi ink is an opaque black ink made using a traditional Japanese recipe with the same high quality products that are used in sumi ink sticks. The professional level, water-based ink dries slowly and is smudge proof after it is dry. Once completely dried, it is waterproof against alcohol markers and washes of water.

IMPORTANT: This ink is NOT suitable for fountain pens. Please only use with a dip or brush pen
