Gansai Tambi are traditional Japanese pan watercolours for professional artists and crafters. It is recognizable by its vivid colour and quick dissolution.
A wide range of vivid, rich colours can be used without mixing colours. The water-based pigment paints can be highly opaque when used solely as gouache paint, but can also be used as watercolours by diluting the pigments with water.
The Gansai Tambi is a solid type of watercolour pressed into pans that can be prepped and cleaned up quickly and easily dissolves in water.
This product uses eco-friendly paint pans made from 100% recycled plastic.

Instructions: Apply a wet brush to the pans to activate the colours. Gansai pans may exhibit cracking due to extreme dryness or appear rough in texture due to tiny air bubbles. However, neither of these traits affect their quality.
