This captivating tableau, open to individual interpretation in terms of season, time, and location, emerges from the creative mind of illustrator Hiroko Kubota.

Extending the narrative to the back cover, Kubota refines a the story of this artwork. On the back of the cover you can see a puddle where the moon has fallen, and animals playing jump rope nearby. Each of the seashell starts also possess their distinct characteristics – some discharge a gentle radiance, while others gleam with intense brilliance.
