The Liliput is one of the oldest Kaweco models. In 1908 it already fascinated with its simple design, which was made of ebonite back then. The Kaweco Liliput still consists of only three parts: cap, barrel and front part.
The reduced and clear design of the series is available in different high-quality metals. The Liliput out of brass and copper develop a natural, individual patina over time. In addition to brass and copper, the series is also available in aluminium, stainless steel and blued stainless steel.
Measuring only 9.7 cm, when closed, and only 8.7 cm, when opened, the Liliput is one of the smallest fountain pens in the world. When the cap is attached to the barrel, writing is very comfortable with a pen size of 12.5 cm. It is also available as a ball pen and a ball pen with cap.
As usual the fountain pen is available in five different nib sizes. Thanks to the screw mechanism, the nib can be replaced easily.
The most reduced model of the brand made of stainless steel.
The Liliput fountain pen made from stainless steel is sturdy and elegant. The material is very resistant and does not change during use. For the small size, the fountain pen has a considerable weight.
Exquisite metals grant versatility: from light aluminium for on the go, to copper and brass, which develop a unique patina over time, this fountain pen leaves nothing to be desired.
Five different nib sizes are available from extra fine to extra broad. While the extra fine nib (EF) is suitable for small and fine handwritings, the extra broad (BB) nib is often used for large, dramatic signatures. For beginners, we recommend the nib size medium (M). All nibs are produced in Germany.
Suitable for the fountain pen, we offer a clip made from bronze as well as great leather cases to protect the pen on the go. The Kaweco Squeeze Converter is specially developed for the fountain pen of the Liliput series to fill with ink from an ink bottle.
