The Diplomat Elox Ring design is based on the popular Aero model. This rollerball pen has a smooth aluminum body which goes well with the meaning of the model’s name because Elox comes from “Eloxieren” which means anodization in German. This effortless writing tool’s design was also inspired by the Zeppelin aircraft and parts of the pen feature orange aluminum crafted by horizontal rings.
